So many compliments

I weigh 141 am 5'5" and am hourglass. The medium was good, had a little wiggle room but think the small would have been too tight for the office. I added a skinny green belt and received lots of compliments that day. It is cotton but I steamed the night before and didn't get lots of wrinkles when I wore it. I also was hesitant of the color but the color is exactly like the picture. If you are looking for a dress for work you should get this.
