I like the dress.

I ordered this dress in blue, it's fits nice, I didn't know the ruffles comes up around the neck. So I feel like I can't move my neck without the ruffles getting in my way. (But this has nothing to do with the dress, it is my own issue) The dress is true to size, and it fits nice.
